Several Universities and Colleges in the UK provide UG & PG courses with paid full time and part time paid internships during and after the course completion. Such courses allow students to recover their costs as well as help them to gain vital work experience and a further platform to continue working in the UK.
The UK regulation though states that the duration of the internship should not be over 50% of the total duration of the course. For example, a One Year Masters Degree can give a maximum of one more year of a paid internship, but cannot give 2 years of paid internship. Similarly a course can be 6 months of tutoring and 6 months of full time paid internship but cannot be 3 months of tutoring and 9 months of internship.
